I have listed this machine on Big Iron Auctions. It closes August 14, 2019. No Reserve so bid to win. This windrower was sold new by my dad's business, Walthill Farm Equipment in the early 80's. It's a one-owner machine. The previous owner used it for oats but they don't plant oats any more so I bought it from him. It hadn't run for several years and was always in a metal building so we cleaned the fuel tank, rebuilt the carburetor and gave it a good tune-up. It has a good-running Ford 200 6-cylinder gas engine. The wobble arm wasn't good so we put on a new one with new bearings. It runs smooth now. The canvases are ok and the reel is nice. The cutter bar looks like it's in good shape too. We are putting on a new header drive belt so the pto is off the engine right now. It has had a Power Wheel replaced at one time. If you take two bolts out of a little cap on the power wheel and turn it over, you can tow these machines down the road.
It has had some repairs done in the corners of the legs which is normal for our area. We inspected and adjusted the Hydro steering and speed control linkages.
I can offer financing on this unit. There is a program for 18 months deferred interest with no down payment so if you finished paying for it before 18 months there is 0% interest. Qualified buyers only.
